Request for assistance for typhoon victims

Dear Cooperators,

Greetings of Peace and Solidarity.

The ferocity of Typhoons Pedring and Quiel left countless of our brothers in Metro Manila Area and Central Luzon immensely devastated. The aftermath is appalling; homes were ravaged, several lives were lost, and hordes of traumatized people have to contend with hunger, lack of shelter and dry clothing.

It is at this time of great need that every act of kindness, no matter how small and seemingly insignificant, will matter most.  There is no better time than now to put forth our concerted efforts and do our share in alleviating the conditions of our ill-fated countrymen.

Thus, we, at COOP-NATCCO Party-list, ask for your sympathy and appeal for your kindness as we solicit support, in any form, to answer to the calls for help from the victims of the disaster.  There is a grave shortage of food, clothing, blankets, and medicines; hence, it would be most appreciated if you can respond to these basic necessities or through financial aid.
